Experts from Loma Linda University who did a seven year study collected from over 50,000 adults revealed that eating a large breakfast and large lunch and fasting for 18 hours can help people lose weight.
In addition, one of the study’s authors Dr. Hana Kehleova said the bottom line is to make breakfast the biggest meal of the day. Then have a medium lunch and small dinner.
Either way, the best way to lose weight may be to eat the most in the early part of the day and go light for lunch and dinner or fast after lunch.
The findings from the study was published in the Journal of Nutrition.
